In case of purchase through StormPay or e-gold, Etexts uses the trusted system of email delivery to provide you with the ebooks. You are not required to download any ebook from our site. Instead upon making the purchase ebooks are emailed to you within 24 hours.
3. How do I select an etext?
First go through our catalog, that is arranged in alphabetical order, to select your desired ebook. Here you will see
all the ebooks under one subject category on one page. Clicking on title of an ebook will take you to the next page
where you can purchase that ebook by paying through Kagi, StormPay or e-gold.
4. How do I purchase an ebook?
Once you have decided to purchase an ebook, click on its title. This will take you to the next page where you can
purchase that ebook by paying through Etexts store at Kagi, StormPay or e-gold.
5. How do I pay through Etexts store at Kagi?
To purchase an eboook from Etexts store, simply click on the 'Buy it Now!' button below the product detail. This will take you to our store at Kagi wher you can browse through all of our products. You have multiple options of payment available including payment through credit card, check, purchase order, cash, money order and wire transfer. Upon successful purchase, you will be sent a download link for your desired ebook. If you have difficulty in finding your desired product, press 'Ctrl + F' on your keyboard. Enter the Etexts ID of your desired ebook and press 'Enter'.
6. How do I pay through StormPay?
To purchase an ebook via StormPay, simply click on the 'StormPay Buy Now' link below the ebook. This will take
you to our shopping cart on the secure StormPay webiste. Simply make the payment from your StormPay account.
If you don't have a StormPay account, you can create one for free here. After successful payment, we will be
notified immediately by StormPay of the deposit in our account for this particular product. We will note your
StormPay email address and simply email your purchased ebook to that address.
7. How do I pay through e-gold?Click on the 'Pay with e-gold' link on the page. Next you will be taken to the secure e-gold website, where you can
directly make your payment to us through the secure e-gold shopping cart interface. Enter your personal
information, including your account number and passphrase that was provided to you upon opening your e-gold
account. In the Memo section, ahead of the Etexts ID of your desired ebook, you MUST enter your email address.

If you fail to enter your email address, we will NOT be able to email your desired ebook to you. Kindly do not alter
the Etexts ID of the ebook, already entered in the Memo section of the shopping card interface. Just enter your
email address ahead of the Etexts ID. Next make your payment. We will receive immediate confirmation from
e-gold of the monetary deposit in our account. In the Memo section we will read your email address and the Etexts
ID of your desired ebook. We will then email your desired your ebook to you within 24 hours (usually much earlier
than that.)
8. 24 hours have passed since my order. Why have I not received my ebook yet?
Did you forget to write down your email address in the Memo section of the e-gold shopping card interface?
In such a case, visit the contact page to provide us with the following:
1. Your e-gold ID.
2. Etexts ID of your purchased ebook.
3. Date of your purchase.
We will then confirm these details in our records, and email you the originally purchased ebook.
